Cancer Research at MIT

MIT’s Koch Institute for Integrative Cancer Research is committed to fostering an interest in science and engineering in young people. As part of this mission, we invite groups of middle and high school students to visit our facilities, learn interactively about the science and technology of cancer research, and meet researchers who work every day to solve cancer problems.

Programs may include presentations, tours, hands-on workshops, kinesthetic activities, or career panels and can be customized to suit a group’s needs. Program hours are typically Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm and should be booked via email at least two weeks in advance. The Koch Institute offers free programming to local public schools and community organizations with demonstrable financial need. Visit our website for a full list of available activities.
